What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an extra charge.

What does All Inclusive include?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, two snack times, Bulgarian alcoholic and soft drinks until 22:00, the pool and internet. See the full description.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, for a fee. Add your pet when you book. More about staying with a pet.

Is there parking?

Yes, guarded and paid, with limited spaces. Add it when you book online.

Is the hotel suitable for children?

Yes - there is a children's pool and a playground. See holidays with children.

When is the pool open?

Every day from 8:00 to 20:00.

How do I pay for a booking?

By bank transfer. The booking shows the amount to pay now and the deadline. Any remaining balance is paid at reception on arrival.

Can I cancel?

If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, the amount paid is refunded in full. Later than that, the deposit is retained by the hotel, and if the full amount was paid the hotel retains 20% and refunds the rest. See the Terms and Conditions.

Is the tourist tax included?

Yes, prices include VAT and the tourist tax.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, invoices are issued at reception.

Can I smoke in the room?

No, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including rooms and balconies.
