Booking Terms and Conditions

Effective from 3 November 2026

1. Hotelier

2. Booking

• Bookings are made on the website. After you send your booking you receive an email with the booking number, the amount and the payment details.
• Rooms are guaranteed from the moment of booking, provided the deposit is paid within the stated deadline. If the payment is not received in time, the hotel may cancel the booking.
• The booking is confirmed when the hotel receives the payment and sends you a confirmation by email.

3. Prices

• Prices are in euros, per room per night, and include VAT and the tourist tax.
• The price depends on the period, the room type and the number and ages of guests. The final price is shown before you send the booking.
• Parking and pets are charged extra at the prices shown during booking.
• What the price includes: All Inclusive description.
• Promo code discounts apply to the room price only.

4. Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer. The booking shows the amount to pay now (deposit or full amount) and the payment deadline.
• For bookings made shortly before arrival, full payment may be required.
• Any remaining balance is paid at reception on arrival.
• Invoices are issued at reception.

5. Cancellation and changes

• If you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid is refunded in full.
• If you cancel later than 7 days before arrival, or do not arrive, the deposit is retained by the hotel. If the full amount was paid, the hotel retains 20% of it and refunds the rest.
• To cancel or change a booking, email info [at] hotel-belitsa [dot] com or call us, quoting your booking number.
• Changes of dates or rooms depend on availability and may change the price.
• Nights paid for are not refunded in case of early departure.

6. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability, at an extra charge.
• Every guest presents an identity document at check-in.
• Your stay is subject to the Hotel Rules.

7. Personal data

The data you provide is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be made at reception or to info [at] hotel-belitsa [dot] com. If they are not resolved, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Bulgarian law applies.
