Hotel Rules

Effective from 3 November 2026

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out - subject to availability, at an extra charge.
• Every guest presents an identity document at check-in for registration as required by the Bulgarian Tourism Act.

Quiet hours and visitors

• Quiet hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 23:00.
• Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balconies, where ashtrays are provided.

Pets

• Pets are allowed for a fee and must be declared when booking.
• Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour and for any damage it causes.

Parking

• The hotel has a guarded paid car park.
• A space is not guaranteed - parking is requested when booking on the website, subject to the spaces available.

Swimming pool

• The pool is open every day from 8:00 to 20:00.

All Inclusive

• The rules for meals, drinks, wristbands, sunbeds and towels are in the All Inclusive description.

Damage

• Guests are liable for damage to the room and hotel property, including lost keys. It is charged according to the price list available at reception.
