The seaside resort of Primorsko is located in a picturesque bay on the southern Black Sea coast. It is located on 56 km from the big district of Bourgas. It has a long beach, and in the northern part between the lagoon Stamopolu and the beach is one of the best preserved Dune complexes on our Black Sea coast. To the south, the beach connects Primorsko with Kiten, passing through the MMC ( The International Youth Center whitch was very popular in the recent past ) .
Among the sights near the resort town is Beglik Tash / Bulgarian Stonehenge /, and in this place you can attend an interesting artistic reproduction of an ancient Thracian ritual.Another landmark near Primorsko is the Lion's Head, it is majestic and can be seen passing along the Ropotamo River. The Arkutino reserve is famous for its pure nature and rare plants, such as the sand lily, which can probably be seen only here on the disappearing Irakli beach.Ropotamo Reserve is rich in history and sights.Other interesting places that must be seen are the bay "St. Parashkeva" and the mouth of the river Ropotamo.
Nearby are the holiday village of Duni, Tsarevo and the town-museum Sozopol , famous for it's centuries-old history and unique architecture .
